- Friend Without Anxiety: What's wrong?
- Me: I'm having an anxiety attack
- Friend: Oh well, just stop being anxious! There's nothing wrong!
- Me: Ah yes thank you I'm cured what would I do without you
this is a PSA
- depression does not vanish just because your life is technically ‘going well’
- depression does not vanish just because good things are happening to/around you
- depression does not vanish just because you’re surrounded by people who love you
- depression is an unconditional illness that comes and goes as it pleases, regardless of what might be happening in your life

I went to the beach with my 1957 Kodak Pony IV and all my photos came back super hazy and old-looking.

having depression and anxiety is so conflicting because
its wanting to do everything, but wanting to do nothing at all
its wanting to score high on a test, but not having the energy to study
its being afraid to lose your best friends, but not having the energy to hang out with them
its sitting in your bed at 3 in the morning worrying about the future you dont even want to have.
Last one hits hard
so accurate it’s sad
